Use of Our Products and Services
You can purchase our products and enjoy our services only if the payment has been verified previously. For this reason, we recommend making tus purchases inadvance. No delivery or enjoyment of services will be made without confirmation and verification of payment. Upon purchase, you agree to the Terms and all applicable laws in the state of Florida in the United States of America, so we recommend reading all the terms and conditions.
About our products and delivery
To keep a long duration for these products, we place orders on the day of delivery. The customer must provide all the necessary information for the manufacture of his order. The data you must provide are:

Delivery times for bouquets, balloons columns, square walls and any product made with balloons will be as follows: from 8:00 am to 8:00pm. You can choose the time you wish to receive your order and Happy Moments Decor agrees to have the order at the agreed time either for in-store pick-up or delivery service.
For the delivery services you must specify the exact address. Happy Moments Decor is not responsible if the order does not arrive on time or at an erroneous address due to any mistake that was made at the time of providing the address. Check the address very well before sending it and be as accurate as possible. We suggest sharing the location by whatsapp to our contact number if you wish, if you send the wrong address, you may have an additional charge for transportation costs.
If you want to remove the selected product at our location, you have to take intoaccount its size, for example the bouquets mostly, are large and therefore, you need a suitable vehicle (such as a van or truck) for your transfer, you are responsible for the final result of the product once you have left the store. At Happy Moments Decor we are not responsible for damages that the product may suffer once the customer has removed it.
In general, the helium balloons that we use in our arrangements are latex, these last approximately 8 hours, however we guarantee their duration between 24 to 36 hours. If people who are going to handle and come into contact with balloons are allergic to latex, you should report it. Happy Moments Decor is not responsible for allergic reactions that customers may suffer if they do not report their latex allergy.
If the people receiving the product are allergic to latex, the products will be made with balloons of other material upon agreement with the customer. We also use microfoil balloons and these can last more than 1 week (approximately 7 days), depending on the treatment given to them and weather conditions.
Note that helium latex balloons should not be placed in front of the air conditioner, as gas particles are compressed, and balloons are automatically deflated. Happy Moments Decor is not responsible for the mishandling of helium latex balloons when exposed to air conditioning. It is important to note that balloons should not be placed directly into the sun, heat or steam also causes them to deflate or explode.

In Happy Moments Decor it is important to spread our work, that is why we place on our partner networks and website all our designs, customer photos with our decorations. If you do not agree to appear in our photos, please notify it before, so we will only publish our arrangement or bouquet to publicize our work.
If for any reason you need to postpone delivery, we can verify a new date or time according to our availability, if you have to cancel the service will be re-pocketed only 50% of the payment.
Payment conditions
At Happy Moments Decor we offer a lot of products and services, mainly decorations, arrangements with balloons and variety of products for your balloon decorations. Each of our products and services is associated with a fee expressed in U.S. dollars. When you purchase a product or service, you are responsible for paying for the product or service, in a single payment or periodically (depending on the product or service) and payment will be debited automatically.
At Happy Moments Decor we are not responsible for the cancellation of a service by the customer. In case the customer has made the payment, only 50% will be refunded.

At Happy Moments Decor, we maintain, use and disclose personal information in order to provide or offer our customers goods and servicesfor any purpose that the customer may reasonablyforesee, for any other purpose authorized by law or for any other purpose with the prior consent of his/her party (whether express or implied). This may include disclosures to organizations that provide us with technical and support services as well as professional advice.
